Warranty:

• 18 month, products with your own logo or without logo

Conditions and Terms:

• The warranty starts from the delivery date from our factory;
• During the warranty, any defective product will get repaired or replaced for free;
• The warranty is unavailable for those products which are broken by the violence or the carelessness or repaired or altered without the authorization.
• A RMA form will be asked to fill in.

Payment Terms:

1. Telegraphic Transfer (T/T)

• Usually we accept of 100% T/T in advance;
• Subjected the order amount, we can accept of 30% deposit T/T in advance + 70% of balance T/T before the shipment.
  

2. Paypal

• 4.4%+ $0.03 of commission charges will be added into the amount.
  

3. Western Union

4. Letter of Credit (L/C)

• L/C is available for the sea transit only. We do not accept L/C for the air transit.
