Extruded aluminum profiles are used extensively in architecture, transportation, railway, container, vessel, automobile, E-products and all other fields of modern industry.

 

With the continuous development of modern industry, the requirement of aluminum extrusion process becomes much higher than before. The quenching process is very important in procedure, because it requests higher mechanical property, higher dimensional precision, higher productivity and smoother facade for aluminum profiles to meet market demand.

 

A rapid cooling system could prevent decomposition reaction of supersaturated solid solution in treatment, and make sure higher mechanical properties. But the faster cooling, the easier deformations, as it can not ensure the correct dimensional tolerance. To meet above elements, it's called for more professional quenching systems.
