XTM Servo Press Machine

Introduction

Servo press series are the new concept of the general purpose press machine, which are high precision and high productivity.

The difference between servo press and standard press machine is that a servo press is driven by a servo motor, as opposed to a standard flywheel, clutch and brake. This provides full energy at any speed, but not full capacity at any stage in the stroke.

Application

Servo presses are ideal for applications that require a variable slide velocity at multiple points in the stroke profile, including metal forming and shallow to medium drawing and forming

Using for pressing of motor, car spare part, home electronic… production

Forming, stamping, shallow drawing of metal or non-metal material such as: spectacle-frame, watch case, mobile, dishware, label, jewelry… production.

Using precision position sensors for testing. Repositioning precision can be reach 0.02mm

PC control with force feed-back to control force, speed and distance

The selection and operating range of the servo motor were optimized, to increase the maximum speed and to significantly reduce the acceleration and deceleration times.

Energy saving: a servo press machine can save 10-40 kw/h per day compare with the same
size of normal hydraulic machine.
