Aluminum Rod or Alloy Rod Continuous Casting and Rolling line

This Aluminum Rod Continuous Casting And Rolling Machine is used for producing conductive aluminium rod of Ф12 ，Ф9.5mm and Ф7.6mm by means of continuous casting and rolling technology, among which 11 rolling stands for Ф12mm aluminium rod, 13 rolling stands for Ф9.5mm aluminium rod and 15 rolling stands for Ф7.6mm rolling stands.

II. Technological Process
1. Schematic diagram of technological process:
Aluminium Ingot or aluminium Scrap→Melting Furnace→Holding Furnace→Continuous Casting Machine →Oil Hydraulic Shear→ Continuous Rolling Machine →Dual-spool→Continuous Winding Machine→Finished Rod
2. The molten aluminium from the melting furnace flows to the wheel-type continuous casting machine through the launder, and is made into trapezium ingot with a cross section of 2420mm2. Then, the finished ingot is cut off by oil hydraulic shear while the top of the ingot is pressed smaller to feed into the continuous rolling machine. At last, the finished rod is wound as coils by dual-spool winding machine.
