The dry malt extract of our company is produced with high qualitymalt (imported or bought from Northwest of China) as raw material by adopting advanced processing techniques including abstraction, concentration and drying, etc. The production process is carried out strictly according to the international quality and technological standards for the same kind of products. This product is yellow to brown powder with good dissolvability and abundant nutritional contents including maltose, glucose, fructose, micromolecule albumen peptide, multiple vitamins and multiple microelements. Its full-bodied charred fragrance of the malt gives it the functions of modifying the tastes and enhancing the fragrance; therefore, it is broadly used in oatmeal, baked foodstuff, solid beverages (such as Ovaltine and malted milk, etc.), dairy products, liquid beverages (malt fragrance milk, malt fragrance soy milk, and tea drinks), health foods, instant foods, candies, chocolates, cakes, ice cream,and food additives such as seasoning flavors for the food industry. It can effectively enhance the nutritional value and the natural fragrance of the foodstuff. This product has already obtained ISO22000 food safety management system certification(HACCP), the National Industrial Products Production License (QS), Export Food Production Enterprise Health Registration Certificate and HALAL Certificate.
